The HINXMAN ROOM is the largest suite at SMSP, suitable for corporate gatherings and hospitality for up to 350 guests.
The HINXMAN ROOM is located on Level 1 of the main pit building in the North Paddock, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking directly on to the main straight, starter’s box and start/finish line, and the pit lane. It is our premium corporate space, and can be utilised for seated or stand-up functions as well as a premium display area. A suite of large TV screens can feed race results and live feeds as well as promotional materials to your guests; a room set-up that can be as simple or as busy as our client’s wish with assistance of our event hire partner Pages, and of course we can cater for your guests with any type of menu.
Two sets of doors open in to the HINXMAN ROOM, which can see guests enter directly into the main space, or into a smaller entry area where they can be met by a host (see gallery below).
